Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery of our products to most countries, subject to our absolute discretion.

All The Beauties offers ‘Free Standard Delivery’ on all orders over a set threshold. In addition, we offer multiple premium delivery options, available depending on your location.

When you place an order with us, we will endeavor to dispatch your order within three (3) working days. Delivery times during sales period (Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.) might be longer than expected, due to the large volume of orders placed during the sales period. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause. In such an event, we will do our best to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days, starting from the day that you place your order with us.

Any delivery timescales are indicative. We shall not be held responsible nor shall we be liable for delays that occur outside our control. In such a case and if the supply of the products you have ordered from us is substantially delayed beyond our maximum indicated delivery period, we will contact you and give you the option of either wait for your order or cancel it. If you do not wish to end your order, then we will give you another delivery deadline, and you may end the order if at this expected deadline you have not yet received the product.

For your protection, some of our parcels might need to be signed by you upon delivery.

 

Shipping to the U.S.

We, All The Beauties, offer FREE Standard Delivery on all U.S. orders $70 and over. For all other orders, we offer $6.95 flat rate shipping. To be eligible for free shipping the total amount in your shopping card must be at least $70 after you have applied any discount coupon code you might have.

For shipping to the U.S we use the Express Mail Service (EMS) packet delivery.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer delivery of our products worldwide to most countries, subject to our absolute discretion. Some of the countries we ship to, but not limited to, are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and many more…

Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures. We shall not be held responsible nor shall we be liable for delays that occur outside our control.

All The Beauties will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor.

All The Beauties will only consider claims for lost items sent 5 working days after the latest due date. If your order has been notably delayed please send us an e-mail at support@allthebeauties.com and we will do our best to get back to you and find a solution to your problem as soon as possible, usually within the next 24 hours.

 

Shipping Address

Please provide your address and remember to accurately fill in all your delivery information. Misspellings and typos can result in delayed delivery and lost items.

 

Signature

For your protection, some of our parcels might need to be signed by you upon delivery.

 

Multiple Shipments

Please note that items ordered, may be split into different fulfillments and therefore their arrival time will vary. For this reason, our delivery time period is a maximum of 60 days. However, if the delivery of any of the products ordered has not been fulfilled at the end of this delivery period or any other delivery period specified by us (if stated otherwise when buying a specific product), then feel free to contact us and we will resolve the issue in the best timely manner. However, we shall not be held responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier.

 

Shipping & Tracking Orders

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within the next 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

The best way to track the delivery of your order is to click on the tracking link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can track your order through your order history in ‘My Account’ section in our website.

 

Ship to Multiple Addresses

Shipping to multiple addresses in one order is not currently supported. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders with the desired shipping addresses. 

 

Restricted Items

Please note that shipment for certain items that are considered as hazardous, may be prohibited or restricted. These may include aerosols and alcohol-based products –including but not limited to hair spray, nail polish, nail polish remover, brush cleaner, perfume- and export restricted items. Before ordering goods, please view relevant information on our Online Store.

 

Customs & Taxes

If you live outside the U.S., you might be charged import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches the country you are ordering from. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Please note that as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Any orders we accept which require delivery outside the U.S. will be delivered duty unpaid. All The Beauties will not refund these charges.

Additionally, you must note that cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If such a case occurs, your order might be delayed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. You are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

Please note that we will not assume responsibility nor accept liability if you parcel was lost if you have failed to collect the products that you ordered from our delivery partner, or if your parcel got lost because you selected for your parcel to be stored to a safe place or somebody else other than you.
